I need names of countries with under 10 tax and the available workers to handle them. They pay close to 3B a month in country resources used, which is more than the average. I have about 20 more left to move. This is going a lot quicker than I thought. But please remember to be sure you have the requisite workers since FMU are worker intensive, and these are fully upgraded. It is, however, worth it.
