The proximate cause of this declaration of war is that I called Wendy a "troll" and said that I would refuse to explain why I thought she was having workers shortages. That Wendy is a troll is a statement of fact, and nothing more. I am not the one running around declaring war upon, and sneak attacking, everything in sight. Never in my existence in SimCountry have I ever declared war against another President. Apparently, a one-word summary of Wendy's actions, both on the forum and ingame, is verboten.
The Evil Woody Thought Empire, an empire that has never before sought or declared war, an empire that unlike Wendy, has left its neighbors alone, does hereby call for an immediate boycott of highest possible severity against Philadelphian Liberation Station. She keeps nothing worth counterattacking for in her slaves; therefore I call upon the good Presidents of LU to stand up against terrorism by striking her in the pocketbook. Wendy uses 6.7M pop C3s as a shield for her aggression, and quite frankly, I am not even sure they are worth counterattacking. However, Wendy has declared herself the aggressor, and I reserve the right to deal with her as I see fit. |

The reason for the declaration is your calling me a troll, not refusing to give me advice, for one, the request for advice was directed at Tom Willard , who may be able to explain the problem well.
You on the other hand have attacked me a few times with your motor mouth, I have NEVER insulted you or been aggressive to you. Yet you constantly post negative comments on any non aggressive forum thread I post on. This is LU politics at its best. When I ran my mouth uncontrollably, there were consequences, declarations followed and such. I don't see how you would be any different. Your forum attacks should not be excused as non aggression simply because you didn't declare. You clearly seek to have an issue with The High Profitess who has never sought you out for any reason.
Keep in mind, had I been "trolling" on that thread I would have excused your comments like I have before on other threads. That thread was no place for you to throw your simpleton comments out there for no reason, other than you have a chip on your shoulder. It's funny when people go looking for trouble they find it, then come spamming the forums like they did nothing to cause it. I have learned the forum lesson, you should too.
It was only a declaration. Should you learn to control yourself, or your "evil woody thoughts" better said, then I can control my mouse and where it lands when I click, capice. If that is satisfactory, the declarations can run dry, if not, I'd protect those other kiddies out of protection.
This could all have been avoided, I can take anything, but people only do what you allow them to, you know what I mean?

Wendy, one of those consequences was a hit to your reputation. Whether you liked it or not, players who did not bother to involve themselves in your wars saw you running your mouth uncontrollably (which you yourself just admitted to, at least at one point in time), and formed opinions about your behavior on the forums.
That you declare wars over a single word which many here would consider an accurate statement also reflects poorly upon your reputation. Moreover, I should point out that you and King Hezekiah are pretty much the only two people who have said anything about my posts, the content of which has usually been "ok, you can stop spamming/trolling any time now."
It is true that I have, on occasion, expressed such opinions. I never really liked coming to the LU forum to see multiple Wendy threads and flamewars, and I have expressed displeasure with your conduct. I generally do not like *spam,* the likes of which has filled this forum from time to time. However I left it at that and went about my way.
My post in the General forum was merely a reflection of such reputation loss.
You declared on me with a 14 WI country that has 180K soldiers, 6-someodd-million pop, and 1.8T in military assets. Let it be known that I have zero intention of expanding to Lacerta. Let it also be known that I do not intend to leave openings for attacks, wish to force an end to this war, and thus intend to force the WI to zero. You can keep the country. I just desire to click the "Just end the war" button. Unless the game will let you end a war by signing a peace treaty...you could try sending one, I suppose.
If you are really interested in peace, I would like to leave it there. You can cut your losses at a few token bombed-out garrisons and save face.
If you are not interested in peace...well, it will say quite a bit about you to anyone who happens to be reading. Not favorable things, either.
P.S. The decs from More Evil Thoughts 0 CEO tax and Even More Evil Thoughts 0 CEO tax were tripped by war treaties, by the way. |

This isn't a popularity contest. I don't care what you think about me, or anyone else for that matter. What matters is that you took a shot at me on more than one occasion, I even warned you that doing so again would result in a war declaration, I let it slide once. I will not again. That declaration is to keep your country open until I set up on your continent.
I don't care what you like or don't like about me, the point is not to look for trouble and you have failed in this aspect of your game. You have been relatively quiet on the forums except in my case which strikes me as odd because I have never said anything negative to or about you.
If you are really interested in peace you would issue a full apology for being an asshat and begging for a contest. But I see you are full of yourself. No problem. I will give you full compensation for your asshatery Mr, Asshat.
Buy WP, attack the c3, get your boosters, expand or don't, I don't care. Its GO TIME!!!

My proposal is simple. Add an extra feature when conquering C3's. Right now when your fighting someone who is using a C3 and you win the country your only options are to: End the War which leaves the C3 in your enemies hands to use against you again -OR- take the C3 which means you aquire all the debt your enemies have loaded onto that country (debt bomb).
So your damned if you do or damned if you don't. If you Do take the country you aquire the debt that your enemy used to buy weapons to fight you with "damned".
If you Don't take the country he or she still has the country to use as a platform or gateway to attack you with "damned".
Proposal: A 3rd option Liberation this would allow you to liberate the country that you have defeated from the tyrant that is currently holding it and all debt that was incurred by the country from the world banks under that tyrants rule would immediately be transfered to his leader or main country essentially the player that takes the loans guarantees the loans.
The countrys liberated and the world banks are satisfied.

I believe it could cure what seems to be a basic problem that allows players to attack others without paying for loans that they take from the world bank in throw away C3's. |

You could liberate that country, and I will just take another. You learned a valuable lesson, don't leave a c3 on your step. If you are going to fire shots you should be willing to conquer. Cost should not be a factor when deciding the commencement of war. |

This is a game of attrition my dear and as long as your actually paying for those weapons your using it's all good but what you've done is found a loophole in the game and your exploiting it.
If this aspect of the game is not fixed then we will all have to do what your doing and that is to crawl up under the nearest WP rock "like Yourself" with our Main Slaves and play the C3 game which quite frankly does not sound that appealing to me.

After reading all the above threads, i find that a declaration of war on "Evil Woody" is necessary, and that i completely support Wendy's actions. It is Keith's use of language that seems to infuriate many countries across the continent. I feel as though Wendy has been unfairly treated for quite some time because of numerous misconceptions developed by countries who are continually jealous of Wendy's great economic and military accomplishments. Your presidency start date is December 2305. Which means that you were still on your free trial period (assuming you are not a transplant from another world) or had just left your free trial period, when Wendy ran her mouth an order of magnitude more than I ever have (she admitted running her mouth irresponsibly in this very thread), and sneak attacking innocent presidents.
I tried to point out to her, politely, at the time that her conduct risked making neutrals suspicious of her. She ignored the advice at the time (apparently she cannot accept constructive criticism of her actions), and while Wendy spam has been replaced by Hezekiah spam in the last couple of weeks, she does not have the thick skin to accept that her previous aggressive actions do not endear herself to any who were paying attention at the time they occurred. |

I will admit King like myself I feel is just misunderstood. I admit he has even done a few things that have vexed me. But to blanket censor any members of his fed is unacceptable, in fact I encourage all players to come and speak their minds at will without of course attacking anyone with those words. But freedom is a liberty in rl that is lacking here. At first I was disgusted by kings whole theories about a conspiracy and elite group running LU but it has become clear that this idea he has may even be an understatement. Stuart appears out of nowhere with a world rule complex, and you just don't "get away with those ambitions" here on LU from what I have seen. So his power while imaginative has been granted him by a higher power, this is where his authoritative posts come from. No offence stu but i am just calling it how i see it. Keith there will be no gangbang, only a one on one with you and me. The UC is not active on LU and poses no threat to you. Technically, despite the propaganda Sam and his cronies continually pump to the masses, I am no longer a member of The UC, though we share common interests, and reserve my right to return to membership should it come about. LOL. You declared war against me before you ever tried anything even remotely resembling diplomacy. Maybe if you had asked nicely instead of sending me a war declaration, I would have retracted the comment.
You say that "you didn't fire a shot at Keith" but you did declare war on me, and you did not just do that on the forums, you did it ingame. I have not fired a single shot either, outside of that single declaration that YOU made.
The truth of the matter is, you spend 120 coins a month for WP for your only slaves that would actually be worth my attention, and you have only enough military to take a few C3s in my continent. All I have to do for peace of mind is buy a few thousand more interceptors, knowing that if you cannot penetrate my air defense, any ground units you try to attack me with will be blown to dust by defense helos. Maybe a few more military bases to spread my stockpiles around a bit more. And I already include enough NDB and missiles to either keep you shelling a single target for hours, or deplete your nuclear stockpile entirely. The only thing that you can claim credit for is accelerating my plans to build a navy by about three real weeks.
If I was as aggressive as you make me out to be, I would have taken the following quotes from YOUR mouth... :

After 6 weeks of beating Wendy, Awesomeo, John Fire, Nute, and Dizzy every time they popped up we are changing our strategy. As we have lives we need countries for certain objectives which can be dumped or left as debt bombs when finished to avoid your style of lengthy entanglements....Wendy is on the right track.
I offered generous compensation to Nut despite the fact I did not attack you when this started. The people who did are long gone from the game and yet I am left holding the bag. I felt bad for you paying the price for Windys sins and it was the right thing to do.
Nut decided he would use fake Christianity to get over on me and then after accepting the most generous offer he told me he wanted to be the last Nut standing. Shame on me for believing.
