Looks like something is a bit wrong with LU.

Demand for Elementary and Highschools has been increasing very smoothly from 4 000 to 500 000 in the past few days.

A player with a constant growth needs A steady supply of those. Might as well contract those from your own corps in the amount you need each month.

C3 countries had a low education index for a log time. Recently with more population, the index was sinking even more .

At some point it reached a trigger point and a large number of C3 countries started buying schools and high schools in small numbers to increase the education level.

I think that the worst is over and numbers will decline.
There are multiple controls that are intended to prevent such situations but they obviously kick in a little late.

If you check the utilization page, you will see the spikes.

I think that the market for the 3 products, including hospitals, will remain very active but shortages will become smaller.

at some point C3 countries will stop ordering. At least not all ordering at the same time.

We will make sure that C3 countries will maintain their level of education and health all the time and such "Catchup" situations will not occur.

It's good that it's not a bug as such, but rather an intended demand. This makes it more apparent the need to be self sufficient on products, or join a common market with a good supply.
