Always Ready | Sunday, August 14, 2016 - 01:04 pm This is two oil companies from one of my countries. Then I raised salery from 300 to 500 for Oil company 2, I expected an increase in oil production, but nothing happend? Oil company 1: Salery at 300 / production at 123% = 2,291,667 tons Oil company 2: Salery at 500 / production at 130% = 2,291,667 tons Maybe its just me again missing some vital information in the documentation, but why dont produce more, why this rule? |

Andy | Tuesday, August 16, 2016 - 09:02 pm Increasing salaries to a level of 300 (3 x base salary), is profitable. above 300 it can be good in some cases but not always. it also depends on the upgrade level of the corporation and the market situation. |
