Stuart, that's another thing that has been destroyed. Anyone selling pop gets a severe penalty in terms of welfare, income, indexes etc.

GC -> Population up to 6, only from the GM
GC -> SC$ down to 45B, pretty much only from the GM
Buy GC, only from the GM at the same rate when GC were worth alot more... |
