I have a whole lot of plutonium, it is low grade, but there are better ways of making high quality weapons.
Let me know if you still want it. spending a ton on high grade pluto is counterproductive. You can do much better with high quality services and HT services. |

Semantics, but 180 IS high grade for plutonium!
No need to have any higher than 120 at the moment. |
