I need about 500K engineers. I have about a million low level workers, and a fair number of everyone up to high level manager. If you prefer cash credits, fine; I have over a trillion.
It would take me years to train that many. I can't even make more universities because they need engineers. Meanwhile my employment is 48%.

I'm not closing profitable companies, and I already stopped making new ones (only have 18, 3 owned by others, 2 I cut workers to 10%).
I don't need 1 ruler to trade all of them, just whatever is available.
Oh, I'm out of HLM, so and labour or low-mid level managers are available to trade. |
