Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - 08:06 am There appears to be a consistent im-balance in the number of female leaders in Simcountry, based on general observation. So, in an effort to help those female leaders who are new or would like some extra help, would like to find some leaders who may be interested to offer assistance. For example:
Please feel free to post here if you are interested to help. If you are a female leader looking for some assistance, you can post here, or send direct messages to those who offer to help, as well, just by clicking on the name (the link goes to the Simcountry Communication Center inbox which lists "New Messages" on the portal page once you log in). Thank you.

Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - 11:40 am This is for private funds, from private leaders, making private 'donations'. Besides, look at what every enterprise lists as the 'title' at the top: "Mr. CEO". This is an effort to help bring some balance to an obviously male-biased site.

Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - 02:34 pm CP is trying to pull some SC poon. I think there's a good reason this is a male dominated game. There aren't as many pretty, sparkly things on the site and you have to be somewhat smart to be successful... ooooooh!!!! GENDER WARS ARE ON!!!!

Wednesday, July 27, 2011 - 10:07 pm I would be OK with the replacement of "Mr. CEO" with the more gender-neutral term "Supreme Leader of the Universe." ...on my enterprise page, at least.

Thursday, July 28, 2011 - 05:10 am Racism, sexism, bigotry in general are terrible things. And for the record, so people won't accuse me of saying that because I'm a girl, I'm a white upper-middle class suburban male. In other words, the perfect description of a Republican.

Thursday, July 28, 2011 - 10:02 pm hey corporate why does your main country have such lousy welfare. anytime I picked up a public there I moved. also the anything preventing you from the next level is SSI. which looks like it has to be compareable to the requirement. I run at comparable gov salaries and I only need 60% for max welfare

Friday, July 29, 2011 - 02:53 am Despite the fact that the image and greeting assumes one is male, the default message from CEO assumes the opposite.

Sunday, July 31, 2011 - 06:10 am Well, every 'account' has a 'public profile', which you can go to via the 'Communication Center', or sometimes by clicking on the name directly. In that profile, which is administered by W3C, it has two options listed: "male" or "female". Beyond that, it's just voluntary discussion or decision based on conversation or other information from a leader. And, because these are all private, voluntary 'donations', the decision of who to help and how much depends on those involved.
