Tip:
Those who have plutonium corps have them for a reason. They are NOT profitable, and thus are only used to keep nuclear programs alive. For example, I have plutonium corps ONLY for the purpose of supplying my own nuke corps.
If interested in plutonium, the best solution is building some of your own plutonium corps.
