This is Calloe again. I am offering Greater Kantaria for sale on LU. The main reasons for this are: 1.) I simply do not have the time to manage so many entities, and I am rather seriously overextended 2.) I need the money 3.) I have no enemies on LU to get revenge with, so I can leave with dignity. Greater Kantaria is a well developed nation of over 86m, with most of the corps being truly public and stable and under my CEO's ownership. The salary levels are over 10x normal, so that means, because CEOs pay up to 40% of the corp's INCOME, it gets a lot of revenue from both income tax and Country Resources. Costs are also a bit high, as it has a very robust health and education system, and Social Security is a problem (something like 15% of the population is retired, 3-4x that of a new country; damned old farts and their good health care) but it seems to make at least 300b in profit per month, and that can be improved with some constant maintenance and some economic reforms. It has a decent complement of strategic weapons, and, while the ammo stocks are depleted, it has some defensive and offensive capabilities and reserves.
I am asking at least 1,000 GCs for this country, considering how much time and mental energy I spent caring for it. I may go a bit lower, maybe not. You're free to PM me on LU or anywhere else I play, and discuss arrangements, price, or accomodations. Also, the country's secrecy options have been disabled. After Greater Kantaria is sold, I plan to sell Kantarian Industries on LU as well. It's nothing special, but it does own the corps in the country, so it would be handy to have. It also makes a limited profit and has some weapons stocks, and it does have a high hiring level. Over half its corps are in Greater Kantaria, though, so you would have to expand it and put a lot of work into it to make it make any real money. The price would probably be 100 GCs at most. |
