Greetings President Barrington. You currently have shortages of MLW and Execs and thus I cannot build any corporations in your country. If you really want to appeal to CEOs I would also suggest raising your social security payments to at least 80% as this will increase your welfare index resulting in higher productivity in your corps, which can offset the increased cost in social security payments.

Reach out to my Enterprise (Rising Sun Industries) when you have more workers and i'll gladly request to build some corporations that generate healthy returns.
