That leader randomly declares war against other countries and abuses many new, weak, or junior leaders, trying to intimidate and steal assets, to exchange for Gold Coins and then sell for USD. They now started a war and should be punished as much as possible. A boycott would be a great assistance to stopping this war and this abuse from continuing. You try to re-write everyone else's realities, but, in fact, you are just writing your own "history" in the process. You make the threats. You send the war declarations. Now, you face the sanctions.
