Saturday, April 24, 2010 - 06:21 am  Abe, Chairman of GREF, After long and careful consideration and many violation of the UC/GREF peace treaty by Wendy and possibly others in UC and maybe some in GREF, I asked UC members for a vote to cancel the treaty. A majority of UC members voted to cancel the treaty and many asked for work to begin on negotiating a new treaty. | Saturday, April 24, 2010 - 07:52 pm I have spoken to Diz about this and he assured that the intention is to design a stronger and more meaningful treaty. I strongly support the peace between GREF and UC and would be willing to fight against members of either side if the current treaty is violated or there is aggressive actions taken which compromise the peace negotiations going forward. I have friends in both UC and GREF and as you all know I am not one who opposes war, however it seems to me that the leadership of both federations are interested in peace and I'd like to do what I can to support those leaders. | Monday, April 26, 2010 - 05:26 pm John L our Chairman, has expressed confidence in me being the negotiator for The United Confederation. I know we have come to deadlocks before and I am known for being a tough negotiator, but I promise to be fair and practical. Reasonable above all else. I look forward to continuing a peace arrangement between The United Confederation and GREF. If GREF would like to name a negotiator from their federation I would be more than happy to start the proceedings. I'll be available for chat most of the day. Also hope to see Zebz as negotiator, it will give us a chance to mend some differences.

| Wednesday, May 12, 2010 - 09:33 pm Here is the latest version of the Treaty that I have reworked...hopefully this is the final draft: 1. The Term of the peace treaty shall last no less than 100 game years. After which time, it may be canceled, continued, or renegotiated for different terms. 2. War Declarations are considered a violation of the Treaty and the violator will get expelled from their Federation if the opposing Federation requests it. This is not automatic, but is mandatory for both chairmen of each federation to uphold upon request of the opposing federation. 3. In the case of a Federation member leaving their Federation in order to Declare War, then that member is barred from rejoining the original Federation and the opposing Federation (UC and GREF). This is automatic and neither fed will make any change or disregard this provision. 4. If there are any disputes about this treaty or instances in which the 2 Federations strongly disagree...rather than go to war we will consult a neutral party to arbitrate the issue that both Federations agree upon and that person's judgment will be binding and each Federation must uphold that decision. We have come to this simple yet binding and hopefully lasting agreement with the understanding that both the United Confederation and the Golden Rainbow Economic Federation want to lead their federations back into the path of prosperity through economic means and avoid war. The United Confederation and the Golden Rainbow Economic Federation by way of charter agree with these principles and that 100 years of peace would be in the best interest of the Golden Rainbow Community.

We in GREF agree in principle with this, but we haven't ratified this treaty yet and are still waiting for your response to go ahead with a vote. BTW...we had a Mutual Defense Pact with TGC at 1 point.

Though there shouldn't be any, the treaty is pretty clear.) 5. This peace treaty shall be upheld in any circumstance, and shall not be overshadowed by any previous agreements, pacts, or other treaties either federation may or may not have signed before this treaty is ratified. This is a UC GREF agreement and considerations as to allies of either federation are a separate matter and should be discussed separately, and they shall hold no weight on this agreement. We have come to this simple yet binding and hopefully lasting agreement with the understanding that both the United Confederation and the Golden Rainbow Economic Federation want to lead their federations back into the path of prosperity through economic means and avoid war. Now I had just recently deregd a few countries on some GREF borders that Steve Boo was crying about. Last night I took an inactive that was a single country out of secured mode. I received this message in response. You were asked not to take Tendo's counties by many different people...and now Oblivion (Tendo's Country) is part of the problem as it lies in direct contrast to the Peace Treaty and the encroachment issue. The 4 countries we asked to be deregged were: No Need To Be Alarmed, UC Charter Home, Serenity Bugur, and oblivion...so far only 2 of those have been de-regged. I have no idea what 7 countries you derregged or who told you to derreg them? EO's message has nothing to do with us, but you shouldn't be surprised as Arkansas / Howard and EO are in TGC...and you have been attacking this fed for some time: Tendo, Christopher.

Lets be real, Aqua Rainbow attacked me, not UC(according to you) so I gave you guys a cease fire you requested out of kindness. You stalled for about two weeks. When you said you were busy, was I not patient? I think I was. And a side note, I asked EO about a month ago about raiding TGC, he asked me not to raid Wild, which I haven't. He gave me explicit expressed consent that I was free to raid Christopher Michael, because "WE(he and Dizzy) don't like him". You never asked me to dereg anything personally, EVER. I only got word about Oblivion(Tendo's countries which are mine now). Why do you expect me to dereg anything? What does that have to do with peace? You can use it as an excuse if you like. To be frank, I had no intention of deregging any countries because you asked. Deregulation of any country will not be a precursor to any peace agreement. There is no 'Problem of Encroachment', becuase the treaty was never ratified, so you can't try to enforce a treaty before it takes effect. Gimmie a break. There will be no need for excuses becuase I'm going to war with all of GREF indefinitely. You guys declared on inactive countries I was targeting after I already declared. That is an act of war. Furthermore, tell me how if I derreged 2 of 4 countries, why is your multi account all star, taking countries on my borders? But I am violating an imaginary treaty? So, there will be war, and there will be peace long after you want it. Failure to come to table was not an option, you played the cease fire very well. I hope you prepared.
