Empire of the Black Dragon receives 5 Trillion as untied development aid.
The amount will be transferred to the country if the resolution is accepted.


The Resolution was a proposal by Nute Gunray with the following motivation:
This is a new neighbor on my continent in a nearby region. I think a $5 Trillion boost will help President Midnite Rider to develop a very strong economy as well as encourage President Midnite Rider to continue playing this fun game for many more moons. President Midnite Rider is working hard at making his country a better place. Thus bringing more stability to Golden Rainbow. Thanks for your support in this aid package.
