For the third time this year, President Wilson, aka Aqua Rainbow, has declared war on me.
I have previously allowed him to keep some countries in an effort to not force him away, but this is getting tiresome.

In what President Wilson has described as a stunning victory and expected win, all 245 million population and his entire non-secure empire has been conquered in a couple of hours.
In addition, his donation of a huge stash of targon weapons to his enemies has also been touted as a victory.
Glory to the former empire of the Checkpoint Republic that used to exist!
President Wilson reportedly is said to be pleased that he initiated this war against the foe he has repeatedly attacked and always suffered crushing defeats to. It was all worth it to block a country sale this player was trying to make in an undefended country. |
