After recent developments have seen a number of War Level 3+ players emerge near and on Centura Donna, I'm announcing that on behalf of myself, and fellow resident and ally, His Majesty Matthew IV, we claim this territory as a sphere of influence, and will closely monitor and respond to activity on Centura Donna.
Outside of our current neighbors (Joel and Mitchieg), any players above above War Level 3 who migrate to this area without following proper diplomatic protocols will meet an armed response.
We are awaiting a response from one such party, but have not received word yet. Tensions mount. |
