To clear up confusion!
There were democratic reforms and briefly The AB empire became a constitutional monarchy with democratic elected governments and certain policies were implemented! Shortly afterwards there was a coup and the Communist Party took over all 4 AB countries!
King Emperor Lee II abdicated and now is taking life easy.
