Far be it from me to criticize but being a non-signatory to the creation of this court and seeing as how this court seems to be attempting to establish itself as the de facto judge of all nations in conflict on the planet, let it be known by all that the Crescent Dawn empire will not become an unwilling subject of a self-appointed clan, and no verdicts rendered shall be binding upon it. |

Let's give the court a little teeth so that the judgments rendered can have some effect, weather it be positive or negative for the country it's enforced on. Weather it be: Nuke bans of all types in the SC, or it's enforcing peacekeeping. |

So, I'm not sure where this implied outrage/stress is coming from. I blocked you, like I blocked your original Discord account, because after I try to explain why I keep saying you use a bunch of alts, you call me names and say stuff like "You wouldn't last with me in real life" instead of talking to me about the game. This also didn't start because of the forum. You literally joined our Discord with an alt account "President Jones" after we banned your Kjones account. There was confusion as who you were, which is why I messaged you in the first place.
Like I said after you threw a fit and left the Federation, If you ever go WL3, I will declare war on you. That is why I declared war on the last suspected alt. I'm not a bully. I regularly help players, large and small. I go out of my way to help new players understand the game and have dedicated a lot of my real-time into helping the game. I'm vocal about my intentions and reasoning so I give a layer of transparency, so I will say this again:
You're a player that continues to talk trash without interacting with me in the game and I think you abused/continue to abuse the game with your usage of alternate accounts. So I'm putting too much energy into this, but I'm honestly just going to be real with you and try to explain this fully. Because I think you're confusing yourself. Yes I did talk with Joel. He was initially confused as who you were. It's why I messaged you.
I -did- initiate the conversation over Discord with you. That is called DMing. You DM'ed me back. We DM'd. This is not a lie. In that DM I asked if you were the same Kjones we banned a few years back. This was important because if you were, you are still banned. You joined the Discord under the name "President Jones" a different account than your original. You left under bad circumstances and I wasn't sure why you were back. I didn't know that Joel setup part of the WGA for the international court. I just saw you pop in. And again, you were kicked out of that discord for a specific reason. We didn't just ban you because "that's what you do after you leave a federation" you got banned because you freaked out after the WGA asked you to step down from a leadership position. This was not just my decision. Instead of asking how/why you instantly sent me a chat over Discord that said, and this is a quote, "An you are a coward. You single handed make your fed look like ass. You make up shit for others to follow under the threat of war, then go do what you choose. STOP CRYING ABOUT DAVID, you sound like a bitch kid." You posted something similar in WGA general but I didn't take a screenshot. You got upset something didn't go your way. And you lashed out. So I didn't want anything to do with you. Neither did the Federation.
Fast forward to today, you joined the Discord so when I discovered you were the same person I was understandably not happy. The International Court will finish restructuring. However, as with any other governmental body, for the court to function, a legislative board will need to be established. The Board or Council should consist of global powers, small and large. However, the most debate should occur on discord for more accessible communication. This conflict is unfortunately a necessary security measure due to the attempted takeover of several Crescent Dawn states by the unscrupulous King Aaren.
The shameless Sun empire has now stockpiled in the subversive state of Gold a massive number of strategic arms on Crescent Dawn territory boarders.
Advantageously claiming a seat on the International Court alongside several of his recent allies, I suspect his plans are to create colossal mushroom clouds over my territory and absolve himself of any responsibility claiming I was the antagonist. It was the King who began the conflict, it is the King who continues the conflict, it is the King who prepares for the unthinkable, nuclear war.
Should the court not immediately find King Aaren guilty and form a coalition of the willing to relinquish him of the remainder of his terrorist states, we can all assume the court was a ruse from the beginning to support and justify Sun empire's hostile actions.
If his actions are allowed to stand, I will not be the last peaceful president attacked unscrupulously by this group of hooligans. I sincerely hope my conclusions are wrong, and if so I shall apologize. Unfortunately, only prompt actions by members of this court can prove me wrong! |

Finding Lee guilty might be interesting, but as some of us aren't WL3, we will have to simply let you deal with it. Also the court is more for role-play, non-military, measures than stopping conflict from happening once it's been declared.

Announcement:The current White Giant International Court is hereby temporarily closed pending the appointment of new judges by the Security Council. As per Article 4 of the Charter, the Court will remain inactive until the Security Council has completed the selection process for the judges.
During this transitional period, all legal matters and cases brought before the Court will be put on hold. Parties involved in ongoing disputes are encouraged to seek alternative means of resolution or await the reconstitution of the International Court.
The Security Council, composed of the nominated countries, will diligently proceed with the selection of judges in accordance with the Charter's provisions. Their appointment will ensure the impartiality and effectiveness of the Court in upholding and enforcing international law on the planet White Giant.

As an alternate to the death penalty, our leadership has a proposal:
We have been very "secretly" digging a pit from under our western nation of "Deep Blue" in an attempt to burrow all the way through the earth to the Chinese Empire. Chinese leadership repeatedly speaks of the vast vaults of gold that it has buried under its capital. Our intentions for what we plan on doing when we emerge in the gold vault unseen and unnoticed is unimportant for our current proposal.
Several of our failed attempts have included us breaching the bottom of the ocean somewhere between Lacerta and Virgina Bella. We've necessarily plugged these holes, and those mining shafts remain secure much of the time and now only periodically have catastrophic flooding.
In so doing, we have some low-value real estate deep underground. Napoleon was sent to Saint Helena in exile, perhaps unusable, hyper-dangerous pit 124C could serve similarly as a permanent exile location for Lee aka Vladimir Lenin aka President Wilson?
We plan on seizing him if at all possible within a couple of weeks when he declares war on our empire (again). This would allow us to avoid the death penalty and keep him very safe yet secure for the rest of his natural life. |
