At this time, I wish to announce my departure from the UDL as well as all Feds. Over the las few days, (real time) I've given some thought to what WAS fun about the game, an what is now a never ending cycle of nonsense. Im afraid to say, I myself have taken more than my fair share in this...negative dialog that has done nothing but to bring tensions to it's current point. Furthermore, I hate how this has made me act on such occasions. Calling out other players in a rage that only harsh words and rhetoric could seem to quell. I don't like that person at all. This goes against my peace an the reason I play this great game. For fun, simple and plain, for fun. I refrain from calling out a single player/country for any hostile or words of aggression. Yet, I choose to recognize ALL who have only helped raise tension in the WG to it's ugly state of chaos, including myself. As for this, an to save myself from a dislike for others that is grossly misplaced as I know now who you really are? I choose to go back in to National isolation as I was before being involved in federations. I refuse to let a game bring me to negative behavior and childish name calling. I wish all nations in this world peace, health and happiness. |

While you and I have been on quite poor diplomatic terms, Kjones, I respect your statement here. This is a game, and should be played for enjoyment.

I understand where you're coming from Mr. Jones. I abstained from feds for many, many, years to avoid drama. IRL I'm a quiet person who believes in the doctrine of "live and let live." You do your thing, I'll do mine.
Then one morning I snapped. Out of nowhere I thought "a little role play won't hurt." So I showed up "suddenly" as David put it to raise a little hell. Maybe I need meds, but I don't think so.
I sincerely hope you will again find enjoyment in the game. I'm certain you are a good person and I wish you all the best. |

@Kljones702 man I must admit you have been my favorite player on this game. I enjoyed our conversations the good and bad lol and your music is dope! This game can bring the bad out of you and it did. It was fun until I and we forgot what the game was about. I would like to apologize to other's for most of the words and trolling cause that's not me as a person. I don't mind being your enemies on this game, but on the personal level we are better than that. With that being said I support my UDL brothers to the fullest no matter the cost. I pray for peace on the WG planet, but im trying to get to level 3 to help kick Ass!! So with that being said let get back to play and UDL forever y'all!!! |

Part of the excitement and fun in Simcountry is the good-natured smack talk between federations, etc. This is part of the "politics" of the game. Please don't take it personally or let it give you a negative impression of the game and federations. Some of my best friends in the game over the 15 years that I have played have been players from my enemy feds, with plenty of smack talk back n' forth. It is all part of the game. I hope you understand what I am trying to say.
I personally, enjoy the game drama. It has brought back that part of the game that I have missed over the last several years!
I wish you well and hope that you change your mind and rejoin your fed. The fed is more than just being part of the political game, but it builds game friendships and so much more! You can be a member of a federation and not be part of the drama.
I wish you the best in the game.

This is what the game needs,it's for fun and relaxing your nerves, not stressing them.
I read in the documentation today,that even after the start of war, if the opponents cease to attack for 6game months, then the war ends.
Don't fight, let get down to negotiations.

I too apologise if some of my words have offended any one. I am not going in isolation but seeing the only active players in WG, who together can build a great WG community, are involved in Preparations of war against each other is disheartening.
I speak from the UDL now.
And the UDL is open to any negotiations which can stop this war from happening.
I request the White Giant Superpowers to embrace dialogue than war. |
