Countries stolen by the WGA must be returned to their rightful owners and countries can be owned anywhere on White Giant! There will be no exclusion zones!

How were they stolen exactly?
While I may believe the WGA acted out of excessive caution in regards to the size of safety zone desired, and were a bit heavy handed, they didn't steal anything. They placed requests to what they perceived as a threat and then negotiated.
Also what is your plan to fix this perceived sin?

I have to disagree with you on this subject. The WGA didn't steal anything from anybody. The WGA stands by its forceful request for the countries to be moved. I'm not sure what liberty and enlightenment you can bring to the table but leave the WGA out of it. You're clearly no friend of the WGA so please stay out of our way. |

The only Clay forcefully taken happened months ago and said person in question is now a White Giant Alliance member. His Majestys Government must misunderstand. Surely you cannot be referring to the C3s occupied by our various states. A most preposterous notion that under no circumstances would be taken seriously.

Its understandable that some may view our action against the African Union as heavy handed. I tend to agree. It was a hard line that we drew in the sand. Though I only want to communicate that its the way and manner that the states popped up that brought concern to the Board, myself included. This isnt and wasnt a warning to stay away from our States. The WGA is everywhere and avoiding our member states (or precisely, being out of strike range) is nearly impossible. David being in proximity to our states is moot; his main (on White Giant) is close to WGA members. Setting up two states in strategic positions (Then a third RIGHT AFTER he was apparently compliant) after leaving with, harsh words, sets off alarm bells. When that alarm bell wasnt properly addressed we moved on to more concrete action.
We are not here to be police. With our ongoing operation: overwatch, we give a blanket promise to protect any state (unjustly or without warning) that is WL3 from abuse. That being said, we will defend our interests. We WANT more people to move to WL3 and expand. Its been a goal from the beginning. But, we will defend our interests and those of our allies. With a heavy hand if need be.
If anyone has concerns that the WGA will suddenly change behavior, fear not. The issue with the African Union happened rather unexpectedly and is regrettable all around considering they were a former WGA member-state. We dont seek to do anything other than increase overall interaction on the planet and defend/further our interests.
If anyone had any direct concerns about this, I dont mind answering questions/reasoning. We do things transparently because there isnt reason for us to do things otherwise. |

While I will not like to Interfere On Disputes about Stolen Lands or countries, which AU is not aware of, I would agree with the Later, The matter of Exclusion Zones needs to be properly addressed..
My people are now few as a result of this, They resemble the scattering trees of a storm-swept plain...There was a time when our people covered the land as the waves of a wind-ruffled sea cover its shell-paved floor, but that time passed away with the greatness of it's tribe that are now but a mournful memory...
All for peace we Had to remove three countries from our territory because it was assumed they were within Striking distance of the Batavian Isle, A region with No WGA member State.. After Removing two States that the WGA mandated we removed, as received in a message sent by the WGA Federation Manager, His Most Imperial Majesty, Matthew I, as at 14-03-2021, at exactly 21:01:52, I was Notified shortly after then to remove the third State "Shomrana" on claims that I removed a state to add another. this Claims were totally wrong as Shomrana was purchased legally even before I received the Federation managers message as proofs were also shown to the negotiator.. I tried to deliberate but to no Avail, the WGA mandated I removed the third State, Which i Removed Finally.. Considering all these, I think this matter of Exclusion Zone by a particular Sect of people needs to be properly Reviewed, so as to avoid any future Crises or conflict that may inmanate, And also Stolen Countries (if Any) returned to their Rightful Owners..
Finally I would also like to welcome Lee_9 to the Fortuna Donna Region As we are Open to Diplomatic Relations with your state, we're looking forward in establishing our embassy in your State if welcomed! African Union is also open to partner with any State in terms of Infrastructure Development, and Security..

The "particular group of individuals" will not review returning of anything. No countries will be "returned".
This supposed "exclusion zone" has already been addressed as an inaccurate representation of what was discussed. You remain, and will probably always remain, within striking range of a WGA member state. That wasn't the problem and it's been communicated as such. Your setting up a country RIGHT next to the one we asked you to remove just showed a disregard for the concerns we brought up, especially when you do it with literally no word. The reason we asked you to remove "Shomrana" is because you put it there AFTER you agreed to remove the other two then posted "I'm compliant!" on the forum. So, at least from my perspective, you're operating in bad faith.
If we had an issue with the location with those two states, why on Earth would you spend 30GC to buy one RIGHT next door? Before the one in question is even gone, in fact. You then added the two into a Federation for a short extent. While you trumpet peace on the forum, I'm quite aware war was only narrowly avoided when you were talking to Union King.
Proof of this conversation existing isn't needed as we're not denying it happened. Though, you're being rather selective of what you bring up, and in what order.
For those confused about the "he said she said":
What happened is: I saw that you got rid of two states located on your home continent. You then purchased two new states and placed each within striking distance of Myself, Union King and E_O. (Note: Not the region) This occurred days after you leave a paragraph in our embassy channel in Discord saying your cause for removal was racially motivated and our other members better "Watch out, because it may one day be them". You then expand your strategic force in African Union Navy Command. (Your reason for the states "Population growth" makes little sense considering you had just removed two others AND the location move was a clear strategic move considering where the rest of your empire was) As a foreigner to WG, your main being on LU, your removal from the Federation AND your little comment about being booted for racially motivated reasons gave us NO reason to deal with you lightly. You then remove the slave closer to Union, get a new state (Shomrana), Federate it with your slave close to Batavia Isle and claim your complaint. Then, when we naturally demand the removal of the NEW state RIGHT next to the one you JUST asked you to remove, you threw a fit and wanted to go to war. I know it was JUST avoided and the only reason it was, is because of the disparity in military power.
You may feel like this was an unjust move. I can't do anything to alleviate that and I don't think I can communicate what I've been communicating any clearer. We dealt with you openly, concisely in the face of several flat-out insults. We didn't have to. It's because we care about the diplomatic process and avoiding unneeded conflict.
If you don't seek conflict with us, none will come. Can't put it in simpler terms than that. Echoing the unjustness of your people being "scattered" doesn't get you anywhere and your mad grab for military equipment very much makes me doubt what your typing. |
