The people’s republic of China has decided to give 4 of its states their independence bringing the total Chinese territory from 41-37
But my population is still 2 billion 
Please NOTE those states are independent to govern but still belongs to me😊so if anyone decides to govern them please note you have to act under the Chinese empire
This includes state name and flag etc... |

Interesting.
How much did it drop? I was planning on increasing my empire up to 50ish countries but there is very little documentation about the asociated costs. |

I would like to say thank you to everyone who has help the peoples republic of China through this economic recovery and i can firmly say we are one real month away from being debt free and will resume the disbursement of loans through the enterprise International Monetary Fund
