Having previously communicated his overt disappointment with the ways of the world, His Imperial Majesty has declared that 1 million peasants (sometimes referred to as Low Level Workers) will be allowed to enjoy life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness--somewhere else. While the Special Envoy for Emigration, Mark N. Readytoleave, has not released the logistical plan, his office has announced they are taking any reasonable offer to "obtain free labor" over the next few months.
