Lots of available workers in my country "Apocalyptic" who are desperately trying to feed their families.
They don't want handouts, they just want to go to work.
Help them fulfill their dreams of providing a nice living for their children.
Taxes will eventually be lowered to 0%. Currently keeping them at 30% since my country is less than a week old....just trying to get my economy established before dropping to 0% |

I just looked into building a corporation in your country, but can not. You currently have no High Tech Engineers, and too few Medium Level Workers. You need to look into your Education priorities to generate the right balance of workers. |

I've been adding around 6 state corporations per day for the last week, hence the shortage you noticed. All the corporations in my country (70 plus) are 100% fully staffed currently. I tried to get CEO's to build or transfer into my country, but WG seems to have died since the last time I played SimCountry. I am likely just going to build state corps and IPO them to my own Enterprise, that way I won't have to beg CEO's to build in my countries.

Not exactly dead but I guess I am lucky I have more than 2 Big enterprises helping me out in the Russian Empire. EC is one of them. Thanks to all Enterprises I hope for continuous cooperation between us to form a new economic powerhouse for GR where shortages are minimised. |
