Welfare is 114.69 and increasing due to economic reform and intervention on my part. Employment is at 67.54 so there is a plethora of workers available. Tax is 10% and decreasing to 0%.

I always make sure that there is a supply of workers as my education level is High. Due to a mishap on my part with economic managements and testing new economic theories, I maimed my economy and am rebuilding it.
