Now they are looking for players. The USS currently has 13 presidents (I think). The USS just needs to know that they are done as a big fed like they want to be. Its now time for other federations to hit the bored. For a example, the US needs to understand that they won't be number one forever. Either China or even another country will take number one. Just like the British Empire back in the 1800s, they once thought they would stay number one forever. Did they? They were untill they US beat them in the Revolutionary War. So in other words, its now a time for a new group of federations to rise. Im not trying to be rude, im just saying dont get your hopes up
