Now lets take a look here... hmm most, if not all of us NATOans are war level 0, 1 and 2...
Just as that serpent guy mentioned, we better watch out... level 0's.... But we do have a couple war level 3 though and I agree with Tallisibeth.
Oh and I retired from war years ago so no, there's no risking my valuable territory and Aquitania has no real money to spend on weapons...
