But if you continue building you army in that country then sanctions WILL be pressed against the Dix0n empire by the GPP and my allies.

If you sell us weapons (not my idea) to GPP (only certain weapons) and if you make a deal with GPP (we are still voting) then sanctions WILL be LIFTED and you could build up your defences if you would like. I will have a meeting with my allies and my foregin affairs about this. So there no answer yet on what it could be.
