i desperately need cash from the security council ,as i am a free member i cannot put forth a proposal directly ,atleast a 3 to 4 trilion aid is required to cover daily expenses and to pay back loans and for better development of economy excluding defence ,offence etc ,plzzz reply and volunteer to do the needful as soon as possible ,thanku ,
