Snap. No matter how much 'priority' I give to my Education quarter to churn these out, I can't muster them up fast enough which is stifling my corporation growth. Or do I need University index above 500 or something???

I'm only fairly new to the game and my mistake was letting my effectivity upgrades take off before I could handle the higher level demand lol.
