At the time of this post this country is in war protection but as soon as the pop sales complete (Thurs night I think) I will remove war protection and anyone that wants this country can take it. There are no air wings or garrisons to get in your way. I won't leave any assets in it but it has many CEO corps in it that will provide good income if you take it soon and inject enough pop to support them.
