chrysostom (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 05:25 pm I wanted to share with the WG community some degree of what a turncoat EC is (since they backed out of the peace offer they made). I provided EC with substancial military and economic help. It was at this time, even with all these messages he sent (see below) that he was planning to attack me. Even as I was giving him advice that he, himself, said turned his enterprise from losing money to making money. Even as I gave him advice making his countries more profitable. Even as I gave him military advice. AS I WAS DOING THIS, he was planning to attack me. See below: Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: thanks Date: 08/09/09 at 09:30:49 Chryso, thanks for all your help with the worker exchanges! Health is the only index keeping me from level 4. Hopefully the new workers give me a nice push. PS Remember that issue I had in Underworld with the hiring issues?? Well, finally it is fixed!! There was a serious retirement bubble going on. Kind of rewarding to have worked through it. Thanks again for your help/advice! EC ----------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: stuff Date: 08/05/09 at 00:08:08 Wow, thanks for all the help Chryso! Seems like I have to go to building in C3's now......most people have their CEO block on. Oh well, I guess C3's are everywhere for the picking. I was looking at your main country Agape (hope you don't mind), using it as a template for how to build a succesful country economy. You have set a high standard my friend! 450B total income with only 70M pop!! I have over 80M in my main and the best I can come up with is 250-280B per month total income. I'm currently adding state corps to it with the thought that I can always IPO them to my CEO when they are fully upgraded to 200/200. It is currently in the WGC market, which I think is costing some profit. I have my own common market for my other countries and will probably eventually leave the WGC market to join it when I get enough state corps built. All that being said, any thoughts on how to raise my monthly income in my main?? I am building towards 140T in loans, and have just started buying shares of companies. I had my state salaries WAY too high and began lowering them to 205 and also began lowering my govt. salaries to 225. I think I can drop the govt. salaries even lower as long as I keep plenty of workers available. Thanks for your advice and your time, EC -------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: corps Date: 07/23/09 at 17:37:14 Chryso, just letting you know that I haven't had that nasty "your corps aren't making a profit" in over 9 game months!! Things seem to be getting better! Thanks for the help, the salary reduction must be doing the trick --------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: corps Date: 07/19/09 at 15:43:47 Thanks a lot Chryso, I'll keep adjusting and just see what works best. At least at this point it is fun to have an enterprise again, not just watchin money disappear. Maybe one day when it turns a nice profit, it will all be worth it. I'll let you now if I have any sub-questions of my last question. Maybe parts 1a,1b,1c...etc!!!! Thanks again, EC --------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: corps Date: 07/19/09 at 12:03:31 OK, so one last question, , sure it is. If my CEO corps are at 100% hiring, raising the salary is absolutely pointless and a waist??? The only point in higher salaries is to get workers into my corps?? I now believe this to be the case. So, as you said, I will slowly lower salaries across the board until I see a hiring index dip, then I will bring them back up a bit. I just discovered the Gamemaster Corporations. There are some profitable corps in there! I bought a few to see if they continue in profit. Also bid on a few C3 corps that looked good. Thanks for the advice, EC ---------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: corps Date: 07/18/09 at 20:05:24 Thanks again Chryso. EC ----------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: corps Date: 07/18/09 at 06:54:39 Corps is such a fitting word for my CEO, The Great Commission, as it appears to be pretty dead. I don't want to have to micromanage my corps too much, so I set all my salaries in my CEO to 700. I figure at the very least, this will keep workers in them. Does this sound like a good #???? I still get a message quite often that my CEO is not profitable on my home page. Any thoughts on how I can improve, as I just continue to build away. Medical Materials has been the only consistent corp for me. Thanks for your thoughts, and congrats on your #1 finance ranking. Who better to ask than #1 right??!! EC ----------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: :-) Date: 07/17/09 at 05:44:39 Thanks Chryso, I don't disagree with you, all I'm saying is that he should not have posted that I am greedy, and pestered him until he gave up Babylon....once again, out of greed. Or, if he did, take it to HC so no one else could see it. As I said in the last message I sent you, Jaffle has already edited that post once. Maybe he has regrets as well. EC ------------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: :-) Date: 07/16/09 at 23:04:28 Thanks Chryso, I do disagree as of right now....can't get passed it yet. I have re-read it a couple times, Jaffle has even edited the post to try to make it sound less offensive. Too late. By the way, you're doing a great job filling in for MoP. Looks like I too, will not participate in war games now. EC ------------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: ahmose empire raid Date: 07/16/09 at 22:32:09 Chryso, Thanks for posting on this. I am sick of Jaffle's derogatory comments about me being greedy. Not sure where this is gonna go but I am not happy about it. EC ------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: eco help Date: 09/23/09 at 18:44:38 Thanks for taking the time to look at my country. Man, one can really wreck a country when going for levels/rank. No more of that for me! I'm going back to a couple eco countries and some serious war slaves. Guess that's just my style. It will take me a while to get the corps switched over to my CEO, but I will start the process. Thanks again, EC ----------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: eco help Date: 09/23/09 at 00:55:26 Chryso, if you get time, could you take a peak at my main country, The Commonwealth of Christ? At one point in time I had a finance index of 170, which is probably not that great, but very good for me. I screwed my country all up trying for levels/rank and want to get it back to what it should be....an eco powerhouse. Any suggestions on salaries, health, transportation or anything else would be greatly appreciated. I have been adding corps steadily for a while now and that is helping. I would love to see it turn a 200B profit each game month, but it is far off of that. I was making 140-150 before the levels/rank changes were made, now it's not even close to that. Thanks for the help, EC ------------ Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Advice Date: 08/30/09 at 10:08:16 Chryso, I'm preparation for war games 2 and would like some advice from green team members on any fatal flaws they saw in my country. I know naval defenses with tons of ammo was one weak spot. What, if anything, did you guys see as a target/weakness? I'm really excited to see how much stronger these games make us in the WGC. It's one thing to have weapons/ammo, but to know how and when to use it is priceless! And think about this, we were charter members of the war games! Our info provides a baseline for everybody else to build from!! Thanks for the input, EC ----------- Subject: Re: Advice Date: 08/30/09 at 15:57:17 Thanks, I guess I'm glad there at least weren't any glaring weaknesses in my defenses. Seemed like Keith became a target early on because of those hybrid wings. Our whole team strategy got messed up early on when Brutus dec'd on those C3's, making it impossible to dec on you guys. We had discussed declaring at the same time...after I did, he messaged me and said that he was stuck with the C3 decs only. Gulp.....I knew you guys would have total focus on me until he could get in the war. Guess that's why I came out swinging so hard. Thanks for the info, EC ---------- Sender: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: Statement? Date: 12/28/09 at 20:22:43 Thanks Chryso! I guess running for something kind of gives me a chance to voice my opinion even if only during the campaign. Thanks for the encouragement. EC ------ r: Elechristian (Ex Member) To: Chrysostom (agape) Subject: Re: Elections Date: 12/10/09 at 19:07:58 I've thought a lot about it. I find it hard to run against my friends. I look at all those currently running, and feel they can all do the job well. I think you are a lock for MoE. Matt does well with the recruiting, Brutus is perfect for MoD, Jo is great at Foreign Mininster, Kaymen or yourself will be great at MIA. Dale is a bit too inactive for my liking to be chairman, but he is a WGC legacy...no use trying there. So, that being said, kind of leaves me undecided. Thanks for your support though! EC ----- |
chrysostom (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 05:30 pm Note: all these messages are in the last year; he said he's been planning to attack me for over a year. Notice that on 12/10/2009 it was hard for him to run against his friends. Apparently, it was easy for him to attack them, though. Just running against them is what was hard. Anyone who trusts him now should beware that ALL THIS TIME, according to his earlier post saying he was planning to attack me for 1 year, he was planning to attack me. Now, I hope people see what I called him a Judas and a turncoat. |
Orbiter (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 05:46 pm and jeese dude, did you REALLY save message for over a year, just to try to make EC look bad? wow, i can't think of words to describe how...low that is. |
BrokenAmbitions (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 06:03 pm Holy ricecakes.. First off, this post is pathetic, private messages are private messages for a reason, not to mention: "Notice that on 12/10/2009..." Seriously? Who cares what someone said to you 9 months ago? muchless, what he messaged you 13 months ago thanking you? You post this while, you want peace...thats kinda counterproductive...You should think, before you type..much less, who saves messages from a year ago for no real purpose other then to use them against people later? I'm just shocked...at the patheticness of this post, and yes I just created a word to describe this.. Sincerely, Jess |
chrysostom (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 06:16 pm EC said he was planning to attack me for 1 year. You guys are the ones who send a message saying you are tired of the war and want peace. Then we agree on your terms, and you reject it. |
BrokenAmbitions (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 07:54 pm chryso, who gives a crap how long he was planning to attack you? Do you want cheese to go with your wine? I never sent a message to you directly wanting peace? im sure you have them all saved if I did, Nor do i recall me ever as ur other post says something along the lines "they should all respond and say they agree" I dont recall seeing even a reply from me on that forum post. as stated in a prior post, You should think before you type. Sincerely, Jess |
chrysostom (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 08:14 pm Jess, Only people who think it is wrong to plan to attack someone while allied to that person and while that person is teaching you how to play the game. EC spoke in plural; the only way to interpret what he sent is that he spoke for everyone on your side. |
BrokenAmbitions (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 08:36 pm Oh, so you taught EC everything he knows, and were allied with him? He was in your fed then? and protected you? and faught along side of you? Where are your mails in response to his mails? and okay on the second part. Sincerely, Jess |
chrysostom (White Giant) | Friday, September 17, 2010 - 08:51 pm Nice try Jess. I'm well aware you're just trying to distract me from the war, just like all the pretend negotiating was. You sent an offer, I accepted, then you retracted it. You are as fair in negotiating as in war. |
