I am DeathBeforeDishonor....I come before the leaders of WG,in a simple request,that my country"DeadLands",recieves security council finacial aid.....I am curving the countrys spending by retireing roads,and rails we don't need.
I have also deactivated my countrys offensive forces...I do need help with funds,not ceos and more problems....I can bring my country back around if the council interveins,and assitace my people of this great country....I ask not for me,but for my countrys sims...We are not an aggressive people,we are an industrial nation,and one day.If I can trun the countrys economy around,mayhap I can be as big a help as the WG security council,if they decide to help my country,and it's great peoples. |

I am a member of the security council. Your country currently has almost $11T in military assets. That, coupled with the fact that you're keeping only your offensive military weapon status a secret is pretty telling. If this situation is not as I think it is, drop your secrecy parameter for your offence and we'll take a look to see if you really need aid or whether you just want to fund a war machine on SC money. |

If you sell off some of those weapons you could reach level 4 as you only need 1T positive and you 1.5T negative, that would also reduce your running expenses and help get your Financial Index over 80 (you are 74 and dropping now, you were 82 12 months ago). Up your Social Security to fix that index and voila...Level 4 and 50GC. You have just jumped the gun with your military buildup too early, build your economy first.
Your only threat near you is me  and I have no intentions of attacking you. I potentially even would help you if you did get attacked as long as you didn't provoke it.. |
