Outer Limits has been declared a 0% tax country in perpetuity and taxes will be moving down rapidly from 30% to 0% within the next 10 game months ... All CEOs are encouraged to take this opportunity to buy up any of the 137 reasonably-valued, mostly upgraded corporations already established provided they remain in the country. All are operating at 100% employment and will continue to do so. Relocations and new corps also invited here, as I will be closing three unprofitable corporations each month.
