Lauries Haven is for sale on White Giant. I pushed it to level 5 and now am getting off world (heading back to GR where my main empire is) - I've changed multiple universities into back-to-work schools which has brought it's level back down - If you're new to WG -it should be easy for you to push it back up and get the gold rewards (just remember to wait 30 days before you do so)
