UWS(United We Stand) has a million pop added and has room for 3-4 new or relocated corps. Valley Forge has room for at least one new or relocated corps. All state corps in either country open for bidding. Tax rate of 0.0% in both countries.

Its a complicated game, just ask questions in the forum, there is plenty of nice people who will answer you :D
But full employment, basically we want to make sure we get our corp to the max possible, and besides the game wont allow CEO to build in your country if you dont have enough people free. |
