I do not have a copy of my first couple of messages (perhaps Andy could provide them). I have provided summaries.
Background - I am a school teacher who builds brick ovens during the summer. Today, during lunch I got three messages from Atilla --
First Message from Andy - Hey I would like our relationship to improve,,I see your purchase of my population as a show of support.If you would like to send me a treaty agreement of 24 months I would be glad to sign it. It might be nice to not have any negative thought floating around out there,,,hope you agree..Andy
I told him that his two countries on my borders made me nervous.
Second Message from Andy - I get bored and use up ammo to keep my costs down. Do not worry about me!!! the whole rhode thing is long past and I[we] have moved on.If you check out my battle country locations and my attila,s and dark shadows countries you will see a pattern growing,we want world wide accessability to any potential threght that may arise in the future. Would you like Me to send the treaty or you.?.I messaged baseball about this as many people for a while have been nervous about us and I want them to move on as well....sorry about my bad spelling,lol..andy
I responded that I would be willing to negotiate a Peace Treaty and I implied that moving out of my area would be helpful --
Third Message from Andy -I think this is where we always break down,,I havent once told you where to expand or how.FYI,any country properly armed can destroy another country within 5000 kms no prob.as far as further expantion,Ill go up and to the right,and you can go where you like,makes no dif to me.sound good? This was treaty was soley to make you feel at rest with this situation,If I wanted I could have fought you days ago when your protection was off[and i didnt]but That is not part of my plan.If you read any bad intent at this point it was not implied.I too am not slow.Im aware of your new position and congrats,but this had nothing to do with my olive branch. I didn't get this message until I got home from work about 6 hours later.
He then sent this -- Ok, I offered peace,and you basicaly said no. fine,,,,,,,,,,here we go!!!!!!!! I live to destroy at any cost,,any! onwards and upwards!!too bad for you..Ill get ya off protection again ,,I tried!!!!
My response -- Just got home from to find out that your "Peace Offer" is withdrawn. And you wonder why I am hesitant - from Peace to War - in 7 or 8 hours. I work during the day and check messages, when and if I can. You escalated. You decide, Peace or War? Adam
His response - I tried now we go down enjoy the fed you dont even know tet
My response - Did you ever intend Peace? Or were you looking for an excuse (very small excuse) to attack me? Have I threatened you? Why do you feel such an enormous desire to attack me? Adam

Therefore in response to your attacks on adam, WO has now declared war on yourelf and your cronies. I understand that there are elements within the Green Barets that are clamoring to come into this conflict on the side of the Musketeers because Trinity (Julmer) has been declared on by the Madhatter.
Trinity was used as a base to launch sneak attacks an offensive action) against my countries and thus forfeited its right to be protected by the Fed according to the Green Baret Fed Contract.
Julmer's actions outside of the GB has brought consequences down on all of his slaves. I ask that you not intervene on behalf of this aggressor nation.

Heya, I'm the Green Barets Foreign Minister. Just to clear this up:
I've contacted Madhatter and we've reached an agreement. He said that he will not attack 'trinity'. Thus it will not cause the Green Barets to retaliate in defence of this one slave nation. I thank Madhatter for such wonderful understanding of this matter.
We hold our fed contract to the letter; if one of our nation member is attacked, we shall retaliate. However, the contract will be null and void if the nation member is the one who initiated the attack first.
In the case of trinity, even though the player owner (Julmer01) is at war with SFOAF, he did not declare war against any SFOAF members using this slave nation. As such, our fed contract is still valid for this slave nation. Nothing more, nothing less. 
As for the possibility of this slave nation being used to sneak attack Adam, I have to agree that the possibility exist. However more concrete evidence needed to support this claim. We hold on to the maxim "innocent until proven guilty". If anyone have evidence or proof, please do present it. I do know that it's very hard to verify the sneak attack claim, due to the nature of such tactical method.
I will discuss the sneak attack claim in the GB High Council. Hopefully this post will clear up the issue and will uphold our neutrality on this matter.

I've been messaged by a player that helps out my federation asking if World Order has a problem with Green Barets, I dont know if this was a question from a member of that federation or just curiosity, however my answer is the same World Order and GB have a none aggression pact, I have not seen nor heard of any evidence to prove thats not a joint agreement. |

It is easy to find sneak attackers. Check the newspapers and also check war dead and dates of deaths that correspond to the sneaks.
Sneak attacks aren't exactly secretive if you know where to look. |

Alfred, I am not aware of any non-aggression pact between WO and GB, maybe because I'm quite relatively new in the fed. That's good to know, it's a shame for me to be the Foreign Officer and not knowing anything about it :P
Treasurer, I wish to learn more on how to worm out sneak attackers. Hope you can shed more lights on this tactics. ;) |
