No you don't. Long term they hurt your economy, nobody has time to micro manage on that level and it's only a few hundred points you gain for lots of work. Wait a bit, they're about to improve it and make it worth while.

On this world they are only worth points for your country. Thogh they are much easier to do then Andrew claims. Common markets used to be extremely difficult to micro manage. Now it's just a few clicks to issue contracts your companies create and accept contracts your country needs.
