I've ran some numbers on the last 25 years of FB products, looking for ones which are both highly in demand and stable (little player manipulation). The following products as desirable to build if you want no hassle secure income from corporations. I've listed them in order of demand and the first 4 are particularly good choices with up to double the demand as the others.
Software, Building Materials, Electronic Components, Industrial Equipment, Mobile Devices, Potassium, Home Equipment, Air Transport, Electric Components, Books and Newspapers, Furniture and Coal.
One should note all of these do better than Selenium, you know that product that can't be made of this planet.
