Starting a new fed on FB. Looking for new members interested in learning the war and econ game. Not looking for overly aggressive players.
Rules are pretty simple. There are no obligations to go to war with anyone. If you start a war with someone, be prepared to win it on your own. On the other hand, if you are attacked, you are likely to get assistance. No leaders. No orders. Just experienced players available to learn the how's and why's of doing things from.
