Lotato | Monday, April 1, 2013 - 02:39 pm My country State of the Pharaohs is in a bad cash flow problem where 390B cash is only available from which 600B is from bank loan. Iam trying as hard as possible to move it in the right way but its very difficult with the need of spending. I really need the security council to aid me in this situation... Thanks! |
Serpent | Monday, April 1, 2013 - 05:27 pm I have submitted a proposal for you. I will take a few days for the proposal to be voted on and for you to receive the $$$. |

Xyooj Xyooj | Wednesday, May 22, 2013 - 09:20 am can i get 5T for XON 1 for development? thanks |
Manticore | Thursday, May 23, 2013 - 12:47 am Aside from financial aid what can I do? I had 7 trillion saved up but after I purchased population I still make positive income but I am losing cash fast and am down to the last 700 billion. I have cut taxes and profit sharing in order to bring the income of my corporations to positive so as to cut the automatic transfers but I had larger army and have disbanded and/or sold off the bulk of the army as well I closed off my strategic corporations so as to avoid the drain of having to buy strategic weapons but my cash keeps dwindling, and my financial index keeps sliding as well... Any help would be much appreciated. |
XON Xyooj | Tuesday, May 28, 2013 - 11:53 am is there any aid available? |
Nedyah000 | Tuesday, March 11, 2014 - 10:32 pm I need Financial aid because, I have unpaid loans, decrease of national economy, and I'm dropping to low cash levels and the only thing keeping me stable is me by selling things that I need for my nations defense so now that I am selling those, my security is low and I am a War Lvl 3 so I'm kind of vulnerable to other greedy nations. Please help I would DEEPLY appreciate and use it wisely. Just enough money to get my Country back into a stable state. ^.^ |
Christos | Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 08:16 am You must post your country's name. |
jojo21 | Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 02:55 pm I would like aid also my empire is high in debt my country is the grand state of basilka thanks |
SirSmokesAlot | Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 09:05 pm I sent the request through. If it passes you get 2T in aid. |
jojo21 | Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - 11:16 pm thank you |
Josh | Thursday, March 13, 2014 - 01:38 pm You have nuclear weapons and have purchased offensive weapons recently. Sell military assets. I will vote no for this aid. |
jojo21 | Thursday, March 13, 2014 - 08:56 pm At war level three I have too..... I keep most weapons deactivated... My empire has to protect itself..... My empire isn't aggressive with other nations please vote yes |
Alterd Carbon | Friday, March 14, 2014 - 12:13 am Josh everyone must purchase offensive weapons to be able to kill C3's don't be so hard on the guy. When I restarted 6 months ago I was a nuke power within a week and I have to have waged a war agenst a player on fb "Yet" |
jojo21 | Friday, March 14, 2014 - 02:52 am Yes I do plan to war with c3s in the future but the shape of my empire shows far as money wise my empire can't afford war right now. I don't plan to war with any players unless I am the one attacked. I have nukes to try to make greedy nations think twice before attacking |
Josh | Friday, March 14, 2014 - 01:44 pm I definitely do not see it necessary to possess strategic weapons while asking for economic aid. I will dedicate 1T sc to buy weapons from this president in order to help out their financial situation, however I could not vote to give out Security Council aid. |
Anthony Zappulla | Friday, March 14, 2014 - 02:11 pm La Republica del Bandoka is asking for aid, and its his slave country. I think he is a free player so if aid was given to this player he would never get to war lvl 3. Not sure why we would give someone aid in a war world if they would never get to lvl 3 |
Josh | Friday, March 14, 2014 - 03:19 pm maybe they will eventually become a paying member |
jojo21 | Friday, March 14, 2014 - 04:33 pm Thanks everyone that voted and understood so thanks FB community. Josh I have a question. U think its ok for a country that's has hardly any government cost and has no loans to receive aid? This country is still in "good standing" and its the slave country this needs to be turned down |
jojo21 | Saturday, March 15, 2014 - 10:17 pm This vote in the security council is ridiculous on La Republica del Bandoka. My vote was way closer and I clearly needed the money more this is terrible. Their was even backlash at my request but silence on La Republica del Bandoka is strange. |
Anthony Zappulla | Sunday, March 16, 2014 - 01:49 am Thing is he is a new player and people want him to stay around |
Brcdude | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 03:49 am Okay my two cents here, since I have recently become a Security Council Member. I know that we should be helping out new players as much as possible, but throwing aid money out to players like a bachelor throws hookers out of his house the next morning is not going to help anyone. So here are my criteria that I am personally going to use for voting, and I encourage you to use the same: 1. I will not vote for aid to any country that hides their military and financial info-defense and defensive indices are the only exceptions. If they want to keep it secret regularly that is fine, but when they apply for aid they need to disclose financial, offensive, and strategic index info if they expect me to come to a conclusion on their aid vote. 2. I will not approve aid for any nation that has a population greater than 60M people. If your population is this large then either you can take care of your own investments, or you have a problem with managing your country that cannot be solved by throwing money at it. 3. I will not approve aid to any country that has military assets valued at more than 50% of the value of their corporate assets. This is quite obvious. 4. I will not approve aid to any nation currently at war with another player or at war with a C3 if they already have 3 nations in their empire. 5. I will not approve aid to any empire with 5 or more countries. 6. I will not approve aid to any nation with an offensive index greater than 50 or a strategic index greater than 15. If the financial index is also higher than 140, I may make exceptions to this. 7. I will not approve aid to any nation with cash holdings above 4T minus loans. 8. I will not grant aid to any nation with greater than 8T in debt unless they demonstrate that they will be using the money for productive economic purposes. If these conditions are met, then I will do a brief review of other indices, but unless I find something particularly alarming, meeting these qualifications should warrant a "yes" vote from me if you request aid in the FBSC. Also, if you meet these qualifications and would like an aid request sent in, message my nation "ABCountry" and I will personally propose an aid request for you provided that everything checks out. |
Alterd Carbon | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 05:47 am I don't disagree with you in principal with your rules but. I must say that every country is different. Mistakes are made things happen. God knows years ago I made plenty back in the day I remember being 20T in dept. You have been playing for a wile so you must remember how hard it is to start in this game. Just because you managed to get yourself on the security counsel Dose not mean you can Dictate The rules as to who gets game cash. |
Christos | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 11:45 am I see it differently. The money is just sitting there being useless. Why not give it to someone who needs it? The game already has rules (e.g. being below Game Level 3) for aid eligibility. This game suffers from lack of active, long run players. Why not encourage people to stay in the game and learn how to play it? After all, 2T will not buy anything significant in terms of arms and ammo, but will seriously help build an infrastructure. Anyone who asks for this kind of amount clearly needs it and is no big of a threat to world stability lol. That's why I never voted no up to date for aid in the Security Councils I'm in (FB, LU and KB). Now, if prices fall to a point where 2T can buy you 10 fully equipped 330Q stealth wings, then I might reconsider and look more carefully lol. |
Josh | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 01:31 pm what Brcdude said for the most part but I also see the point from both of you also. |
RAM | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 04:46 pm agree with general layout of what brcdude said altough the exact numbers stated seem too harsh |
RAM | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 04:49 pm but still disagree with idea of " no aid to you if you are growing your military" , its understandable if in other worlds but in FB its not logical. |
jojo21 | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 05:17 pm Each case should become cause by case bases. My empire and La Republica del Bandoka is an example of that. My empire has trillions in debt and at least a moderate contributor to the world economy. Sorry but La Republica del Bandoka isn't. At had no loans and even tho the money is sitting there I think the SC should have standards. And far as keep players if their was more diplomacy between the empires then maybe people will stay. We can have 41 nations vote in the SC but lack diplomacy. That's what also prevents Player vs. Player wars.... That what keeps the game interesting. The gm gives us the tools to do this its up to us as players to use them. (sorry for the rant) |
SirSmokesAlot | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 08:17 pm I will put anyone up for aid that asks. No matter how much military or population a country has. If they need it they will get it. Brcdude has his own beliefs on how the SC should work and that's fine. Anyone in need of aid can ask me for it I'll do my best to keep up with requests. |
blackmoon8297 | Monday, March 17, 2014 - 10:50 pm if the SC is sitting on trillions why not help the less fortunate nations? #justsaying |
Josh | Monday, April 14, 2014 - 03:41 pm less fortunate nations should post for aid |
craigwilliamson79 | Thursday, April 17, 2014 - 05:31 pm I have no country on FB (just an enterprise), but in general I agree with Cristos and Alterd on this. We don't need to have really high standards on giving out the cash, and it is just sitting there... |
