Last I went inactive coins were still 400B so you're talking waaay back in time, you've been back since then, actually twice to be precise, duh. Players in the know told me you never left just assumed another identity. The story goes (this)you(as in scarlet(you)) made a return after you watched CP get tossed up on LU and realized he couldn't protect your n00bs in IDC. When you went inactive you and your n00b troop in the IDC were put on burn notice, and you quit. Leaving them to whine for peace. You've been inactive so many times you cannot remember one timeline from the next.
