I thought that with the new rule change a Lvl 5 could dec on any country lvl 3 and higher. I have tried and it has not allowed me too. Any feedback would be helpful. |

You gotta be the same war level... but if you are 0,1 or 2 you do not fight another pres, only c3's. Also you have to fight a C3 of a level before you can fight a president of that same level. |

"Players at War level 3 and higher, on the Fearless Blue world, will be able to fight any other country with a war level of 3 and higher". There will be no limitations.
This was in the game news on 1/12 the way I read it once you are Lvl 3 or higher there will be no restrictions. So should'nt a Lvl5 be able to dec on a lvl 3? |
