2) Remove the secrecy from Financial Index and Strategic Force Index - Aid is not to be used to fund nuke programs.
3) Have a plan - What are you going to use the money on.

Put you in for aid. Might want to take off your secret mode, some players tend to vote no because they can't see your military. Then they still might vote no if you've got to many weapons. Maybe, if you have a lot, sell some to your CEO or sell them on the market till the vote passes. |

Sarmento - Same as above, it appears that your net cash is above $2T so we can not recommend development aid. Spend some of that cash on improvements and then post here again and we'll get it recommended. |

The country as I can work out has a fairly poor start with low pop, poor education, roads, health and such but damn it I love the little ol'place, the sea views are great
I need to investment into Corporations,Education, Health and Welfare to sure up our tiny Economy and thus contribute more to the world economy in a positive way.
