The taxes are being lowered to 15%, and the current labor supply (especially High Tech Engineers) can support 20+ corporations
The education system is over 200, and is constantly turning out HTE. If there is a shortage of Unemployed labor, do not worry - you can just take employee's from my state corporations (I had to give them a job....doesn't pay much...150 Sal)
The state is in a relatively quiet area, with few Human controlled nations nearby. The country is still under war protection.
So, if you are in need of building High Tech Corporations....with guaranteed labor and 95%+ asset security, just request to build a corporation in the Gallente Federation, and we'll get started

No problem, workers are being turned out constantly
You have the license to steal labor from the state companies.
If there is a initial shortage - just be sure your salary is over 150. All the state corporations only pay 100 (not the 150 as I thought) in salary....so your company will be fully staffed
