I'm willing to remove all military from a profitable country with 97 million population so that it can be easily taken.
Here's the deal beginning today March 6th 2021:
You need to currently be at a 0 or 1 war level on KB
You need to build up to a war level 3 by May 1st, 2021
You need to build a navy or buy transport planes and ground troops, and be close enough to attack the country
That's it. Is anyone interested? Come on, the country has over 5 trillion in cash and made over 140 billion last month. You know you want it. Start building your military today ...

Objective? Simply to encourage Presidents to increase their skill level and become more involved in the game.
Almost 99 million population now and cash keeps growing even though I keep spending.
I can extend the time period a little for someone who's making progress, but not indefinitely.
