Who says? The gamemaster. If you check the docs it actually says 200 coins but that changed as of a March 26, 2013 game update. Anyone can verify this if you visit the direct trading page and select the link as if you intend to sell your country. In addition, the seller is charged a 15 coin transaction fee by the game. |

It will be via a space trade for, say, nukes (really anything). Then I'd take down all defenses and add cash to make up for ammo cost. Otherwise they have to go for 100gc each. |
