Hello everyone, the SF is recruiting nicely again! A little bit about us, well just recently we had a clash with the Protectorate clan, they also happen to be recruiting our members! We find it rather amusing and have now pushed on past their error of judgement to the point of:
Restoring an efficient democratic governing system, none of this other nonsense! I am talking about debates, elections and legislations!
We are looking to change out flag, our motto and the way we function.
We are looking to over haul our current foreign policy, which under the last government did not exist.
We are looking to provide our members once more with an environment in which no other federation can. In fact we used to pride ourselves on it and we shall once more.
We are Active, we are here and we would be delighted if you would join us in our adventure. Help shape us and mould us into a better federation! We have a wiki and are in progress of restoring an old forum site. This federation is a peaceful federation, with members on the security council we strive to uphold international peace and will give ourselves up in the name of it.

As a new member of the Protectorate and former Soviet leader, old game name was Presidium. I must correct this on a few points. One, foreign policy didnt exist under the last government? My government? Indeed it did though, through foreign policy and diplomacy, my government adverted many foreign crises, the most any soviet government had ever had to deal with. Two, the Protectorate hasnt been recruiting FROM the soviet, members have been LEAVING the Soviet, because its dead. Thats why i as former chairman jumped ship. How can you have debates, legislation and elections, when the majority of the active membership that had once cared about such things went innactive. I do wish you and the soviets well though. But i do not like being passive aggressively attacked, in a recruitment message of all things. Be careful in your wordings my dear friend Tony. |

Andy, I figured it would have taken you a bit longer to respond to this. With 15 active members my friend we are certainly not dead. If your leadership did not shine enough to bring them out, that's your problem.
Correction Porter informed me you also had offered him a place in the protectorate.
The fact is under your recent communist dictatorship. .. The was no room for flexibility. No room for change either. Yet you tell me that nobody in here cares about this federation anymore? Personally I just think they didn't have that chance and frankly now I am offering it I am seeing a different aspect already.
If you are this concerned about being aggressively attacked through words, imagine how Satomi felt when your federation attacked and destroyed a Corp and placed troops on the border. Are you going to apologise on your federations behalf? Like hell you are! I've been polite and I've had restraint, don't push it.
We may be small but we still have a back bone my friend, you'd do well to remember it. |

The only reason i offered is cause he ASKED. There was no room for change? when i allowed your opposition to form, when i messaged countless members pretty much begging for any kind of activity. They didnt have the chance to care? How did they not? I did everything i could to try to save the soviet, you will see yourself that it is beyond saving.
I imagine Satomi didnt feel too good, but keep in mind the same thing happened to me.
And also, Jack told me you were planning on leaving the Soviet and joining the Unique when he was still there.. Hmmmm? |

I take exception in your suggestion that it is dead, it's far from it. Indeed a recent referendum saw a 60% response from the membership which remains greater than your current federations total membership. Being a member of the Soviet Federation for so long and leaving having been deposed as leader leaves it's own unanswered questions, but washing this laundry in public doesn't help any persons or federations reputation. The thread is for the Soviet Federations recruitment, let's keep it like that. |

Hi Andy, just at work at the moment. Please correct Jack, I asked that a long time ago, but the difference was I never intended to allow my friends to get picked on by the fed I considered joining.
Also you are wrong, we had a great and cheerful meeting yesterday, we are still here and kicking comrade despite you telling us we are dead and gone...
I agree with Richards statement totally. . But I must point out still no apology was made on behalf of the protectorate. The fact this happened to you before, would surely point to you being even more against it. Also you ask us not to attack you in a recruitment message - had you have not jumped in the thread to attack our add, you wouldn't have had a plate for of reality served to you. |

I wanted to clarify that Andrew did not directly offer me a spot in the protectorate. I asked him if I could join and he directed me towards the leader of the Protectorate. Btw tony I told you that in confidence because you asked me if I intended to stay and I told you the exact truth. I did not want to lie and then leave within a week so I told you that I was considering the option. Shame on you for jumping to conclusions so quickly. |
