i dont need financial aid. im doing ok finacially but i was wondering if i could get help making my corperations turn a profit. all my new corps dont make money and it doesnt make much sense because the markets are very negative and so prices are high. so the problem seems to be the manufacturing costs ie cost of supplies. so i dropped my purchase quality from 180 to 120 and that should be saving me money but it is making a negligible difference. |

is this game some sort of money pit?!?! Ive spent real money on this not just a little you can check my ranking im like #10 or 11 overall. with that said there hasnt been a single fucking month that my "Cash" has gone up in any significant manner. Ive had monthly profits in the 40-70 Billion fairly consistantly. Ive tried dismantling my entire military no cash gain i watch my "Trade" tab religiously. Im mining almost all like 90% of my available natural resources ive adjusted tax rates and profit transfer and it quite literally seams as though the only way that cash number goes up is if i spend money and then boost. I see lots of people with 100s of trillions on here and i know that they arent spending 1000s of real life money so what the fuck is the deal?!?!?!? Ive already spent north of 200 USD and if this shit doesnt start working i'll chalk this up to a $200 mistake and a waste of north of 200hrs |

I'll tell you what you really have to do to earn money.
Build an enterprise. Only use your countries as a source of income while you build your enterprise. The first 100 corporations of your enterprise should only be mining corps. Doesn't matter what you mine. As I'm sure you know, whatever you mine will be profitable. Once you reach 100 mining corporations, build corporations for products that have big deficits, but are also very profitable.
This can take some trial and error to figure out, but what's generally worked for me are: electric/electronic components, wind turbines, medical equipment, defense fortifications, radar planes, plutonium but don't spam it, production plants might be good if they're still in a huge deficit on KB.
The other method to getting money is to just buy it. I hope you haven't done the booster that gives you 261B SC (or however much it is) for 10 gold coins because there's much better ways. Go to direct trading -> exchange products with other countries (or something like that) -> electricity. You can buy 500k electricity for like 0.5 or 0.6 gold coins and sell it for 300B+ SC.
Your other option is to buy profitable enterprises from other players. You can buy countries too, but enterprises are better because you don't have to babysit them. They just do their thing and make you money while requiring very little supervision. Plus, enterprises can be loaded to the gills with trade goods that can be sold off once transferred.
For example: I've got an enterprise that just produces electricity (and some oil and gas). I fill it with 500M electricity (worth about 300T SC). I sell it to you for 250 gold coins (1.2T SC / gold coin). After you buy the enterprise, you sell the electricity and money becomes an non-issue for a while. |
