As a minister in the Soviet Government i have been tasked with recruiting a few new members and i have been successful thus far but there is still room for 1 more member state.
We are a very active, very prosperous and very old federation. Still the largest on Kebir Blue if i'm not mistaken and very democratic.
We have election races regularly to elect our leader the head of the Soviet Government, the Premier and every member state is simultaneously a member of the Soviet Parliament. Thus the Premier issues decrees and proposes bills to parliament for the members to vote on and if the bill passes it becomes common law, all of which is in accordance with the Soviet Constitution which ratified by the members centuries ago and which also provided the legal basis for a Soviet Supreme Court which enforces the law and also good practice. So you see, we are very democratic and we are very welcoming to active and even inexperienced players who wish to seek both advice and security.
