Aldric K. Chaffee (Kebir Blue) | Friday, October 14, 2011 - 06:43 pm I currently contributed to Simcountry by buying the 3 month premium membership. It was great at first and all but I made a few mistakes. I started buying tons of population from the cash market, the problem there was I didn't have enough work to employ those people, so now i'm in a decline, I have been spamming corporations like no tommorrow. But that isn't enough, i have dropped 2 game levels, I just gained one back today though, and now i'm stuck. My country is spending too much, I cut the cost a little but i'm still not making a profit. I would gladly except some cash around 4 trillion or so...If I do not win this proposal it's ok, i'll find another way to pull myself out of this situation. Thank you! Regards from, President AldricKayton, Commonwealth of USoA |
Sunny (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, October 15, 2011 - 12:02 am Hello Aldric, You do not require any development aid. Your making 40B profit per month. Also, you wouldn't be able to recieve any aid as your at game level 3. Only game level 2 and below are entitled to it. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. All the best! Sunny |
Keto (Little Upsilon) | Saturday, October 15, 2011 - 12:17 am Give the poor guy some money! |
Sunny (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, October 15, 2011 - 01:11 am NEVER! lol |
Tom Morgan (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, October 15, 2011 - 04:04 am I really think the Security Council should relax and hand out money a little more. Considering on KB, there is a good $200T just sitting there collecting dust... |
Sunny (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, October 15, 2011 - 04:09 am When your a SC member, and there are restrictions on the council page, you beat round it. Ask other members, they'll tell you it can't be bypassed. At least i'm on here as a SC member. No one else speaks. |
Kitsuné (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, October 15, 2011 - 05:18 am You can't give aid to a level 3 player. |
JimmyHunter (Kebir Blue) | Saturday, October 15, 2011 - 08:32 am Hi Aldric: Maybe you can close some corps that not make profits or ask to CEOs to invest in your country. Usually, tactical corporations are expensive and produces few units per year. Try to raise your country economy step by step. I think you can ask for a loan from World bank. I hope that I can help I some form. Cheers!! |
Tom Morgan (Kebir Blue) | Sunday, October 16, 2011 - 03:13 am Ok. I understand that Sunny, so what I was trying to say is why don't you tell the GM to relax it a bit. |
Sunny (Kebir Blue) | Sunday, October 16, 2011 - 01:47 pm If, and i'm just guessing at the moment, IF aid was increased to war level 3, there would be A LOT of money going out. Have a look at the number of level 3's on this world... We won't have any money left. I'm just guessing, but yeah |
Aldric K. Chaffee (Kebir Blue) | Sunday, October 16, 2011 - 06:55 pm I'm in debt now, I just gave away 1M population today, for 5 Gold Coins in return, I spent them all on upgrades for my corporations, but nothing has changed yet, I don't understand why but im still losing money. Any suggestions that can get me making money? |
Tom Morgan (Kebir Blue) | Monday, October 17, 2011 - 12:22 am Better to use that money than to leave it collecting dust... |
Sunny (Kebir Blue) | Monday, October 17, 2011 - 08:17 am Having Chemical batteries factories won't do much good. You've hidden your financial page, so i can't really give any advice based on what i can see. Other than:- Build corps, salaries at 300, SQ at 300, and it should keep you in the clear for a while. Social Security should be at 80%. That's all i can think of for now, (just woken up). Remove the financial secrecy parameters and i'll see what i can do to help. Sunny |
Xyooj | Friday, May 11, 2012 - 06:45 am how do you request to get that $4 trillion aid? i need this money to develop my empire. also seem so hard to build an empire/simcountry when there are so many restrictions/constraints on the game. the game needs to be more realistic. as a kingdom, when i conquer another country, the border of my kingdom should be expanded (color coded by my choice?). i want to be able to build all the countries that i have conquered as one kingdom so i can build my simcountry nation to my own ideals. when i'm buying weapons and ammunitions, why don't these get transfer directly to my mililary forces or put into an inventory system that i can allocate to my units of the military? why do i have to build a military unit the way that the gamemaster wants me to build it. say if i want an airforce unit, why can't i buy so many aircrafts, ammunition, pilots, etc...the way i wanted. if i want to build a landforce i should be able to say how many soldiers in that units, and what weapons/ammunitions i want for them. my time in this game is frustrating. i have played simcity and i love that game. i thought simcountry would be the next stage of my evolution, but i'm finding it frustrating to do much in simcountry. would be much better, easier, to play if similiar to simcity where the most important is that i keep track of my budget/money and what i'm building. this feature should be there so when i'm buying or selling things in simcountry, i know exactly where my financial position is at. say if my population is 20 million, why can't i designated that 10 million or "x" number of my people are in military forces? any help, advises, clues, etc...will be much appreciated. enough for now.... |
Xyooj | Friday, May 11, 2012 - 06:53 am and what's up with not being able to move my fortifications around when i'm at war, this just not realistic like in the real world. i should be able to do pretty much everything i want, so long as i have the money to do it, such as building "x" number of corporations in whatever industries of my choice....be like the real world, and the game will be more enjoyable. why can't i build a nuclear powerplant, or weapons when i got the money? it's frustrating..... how about introducing sponsors into the games, so that we can increase revenues for the game, and share the revenues with those who bring in the sponsors. say if i'm able to bring in 10 sponsors to my simcountry game, i get 50% of the revenues they pay the GM? i could then use my share to build my simcountry? |
